View Post Great product, TERRIBLE customer service who doesn't bother to provide ANY information on existing order ship times. Have a pending order STILL from November. One response on Jan 8th to my multiple emails only to state "logistics error" and they'd be in touch. I've asked for a refund twice now. Buyer beware - do not purchase from them unless you'd like the run around! 4 months ago
