View Post 0/10 customer service. I've been exclusively using Halo Couture brand for 3 years leading up to the merger with Bellami BUT after my recent experience, I'm extremely disappointed. I contacted them about a set of blonde extensions that became dry and brittle, essentially unusable after only 3 months (and my client is experienced with extensions). Instead of helping, the company blamed me and has now stopped communicating with me for over a week. I'll be switching to a different company for my client's new extensions and will no longer support this brand. 1 month ago
